Without a core value, we feel a business can lose it sense of direction. When it faces a problem or difficulty , without a core values, it does not have central themes upon which to review a way forward. For us our values are quite simple.

1. to provide our customers, both wholesale and retail, with a quality product at a fair price. 

2. to be a happy and positive place for people to work

3. to operate in a sustainable way, understanding the needs of the environment 

4. to understand the needs of our neighbours and village. And to keep any impact we have to the absolute minimum  

5. to, if we can, to raise the profile and understanding of farming and growing
