The Cottage

Set in peaceful grounds on the edge of quiet village (200 yards from the local pub). Cottage has 4 double bedrooms (1 can accommodate further 2 small single beds). 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Open plan kitchen/dining opens onto a SW facing private patio/garden. Lounge with log burner also opens onto garden. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Free Wi-Fi and ample parking on site. Integral secure garage ideal for bike maintenance and storage. Pets welcome.

The space

Fantastic 4 Bedroom cottage set in its own small garden. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. Living areas are light and bright as both the kitchen and lounge have glass double doors onto a SW facing patio. Sorry but we do not allow parties or day visitors to booked guests. Only booked guests will be allowed on site for security reasons.

Guest access

Amble safe parking infant of the Cottage. There is a garage that is suitable for one car or bikes.

The Surroundings

We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park an area of outstanding natural beauty. The village has a pub (3 min walk), 3 vineyards with public footpath access, 1 has cellar door and tours . Fantastic walks and cycling right from the doorstep including the South Downs, River Arun and Pulborough Brooks RSPB. Easy car access to Petworth House, Parham House and Goodwood House for horse racing and car events. Sandy beaches c. 10 miles at Climping and Witterings. Historic towns of Arundel and Chichester nearby and remains of Roman settlements dot the landscape.
